Cape Cod Backflow is not a large corporate chain. We are a local Minority-owned company certified and licensed through the state of Massachusetts as Backflow Prevention Device Testers. We focus on conducting our business in such a way as to minimize our need for set appointments. In the majority of cases, inspections can be done without entering the premises and with no need for the owner to be present. We just require an e-mail address with which to forward you the report.
If the backflow preventer fails the test, we will immediately clean the device at no charge in an attempt to restore it back to working condition. If we are unable to do so, we have a working relationship with several licensed plumbers and will schedule an appointment to have the failed device replaced and conduct a new test before submitting the report to you.
All tests shall be retained by Cape Cod Backflow Services for a period of 3 years.
